Web hosting at HostingKE costs from KES 150 a month, or KES 1,500 a year paid annually. A .co.ke domain costs KES 1,400 a year to register and KES 1,400 to renew. What you actually pay

Do prices go up when I renew?

No. HostingKE does not use introductory pricing — the rate you sign up at is the rate you renew at. Any change is announced in advance and applies to new signups first.

Are these prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice.

Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?

Yes. Shared and WordPress hosting can be paid monthly or yearly, and a year costs the same as ten months — two months free. VPS, storage, reseller, dedicated and email plans are billed monthly. Choose the period at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

M-Pesa is our primary method, and the one most customers use. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and direct bank transfer for larger invoices.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, at any time and without downtime. You pay only the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

Is there a refund if it does not work out?

Hosting plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered, because the registry fee is charged immediately.
