Questions
Before you commit
Which payment gateways do you integrate?
We integrate M-Pesa, Pesapal, PayPal, Stripe, and other popular payment gateways in Kenya.
Can I manage products myself?
Yes, we provide an easy-to-use admin dashboard where you can add, edit, and manage products, inventory, and orders.
WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom store: which should I choose?
WooCommerce suits most Kenyan shops: it runs on your own hosting, has M-Pesa plugins and has no monthly platform fee. Shopify charges a monthly subscription in dollars but needs no hosting. A custom store makes sense only when your ordering or pricing rules do not fit either.
Can customers pay with M-Pesa on my online store?
Yes. M-Pesa checkout can be added through Lipa na M-Pesa (Paybill or Till) or a gateway such as Pesapal, alongside card payments if you want them.
