What comes free with a VPS?
Every VPS plan includes a free DNS Manager for your domains (normally KES 250 a year), free setup with no setup fee, and free support from our team by ticket, email, phone or WhatsApp.
What OS choices do I have?
V1 and V2 support Linux only (Ubuntu, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Debian). V3, V4, and V5 support both Linux and Windows Server.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Self-managed VPS requires Linux or server admin knowledge. If you'd prefer not to manage the server yourself, add a cPanel licence or request our managed service on V4+.
Can I add a control panel?
Yes — cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin licences are available as optional add-ons from the client area.
How are snapshots different from backups?
Snapshots capture the entire disk state at a point in time and are stored on the same server. Backups are off-site copies of your data. We recommend both.
